We're seeking a rockstar Office Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of our company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all processes.

Qualifications:
Experience in an accounting role, preferably in construction industry, is a plus.
However, not required.
Experience in Quickbooks Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.
) and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Quick learner that thinks outside of the box, while having attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pass background check Responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
Heavy Data Entry Assist in vendor inquiries and support Maintain and manage 1099 processes and compliances Help with various administrative duties, such as, screening phone calls, filing and shredding Provide backup support to Management Team as needed Other Duties as Assigned Job Type:
